Paghuhusga: Ang Pag-iisip

Ang paghuhusga sa kapwa ay kaugalian ng ginagawa ng karamihan.  Hinuhusgahan ka sa iyong pananamit, desisyon at iba pa na hindi man lang nila inaalam ang mga rason sa mga ito.  Hindi lang sa palihim na paghuhusga ang ginagawa ng iba kung hindi may mga pagkakataon na dinadaan na ito sa social media kung saan libo-libong tao ang nakasaksi sa nangyayari. Ang nakasama pa dito, ay sa halip na isatigil ito, nakikisali pa sila.

Ang dahilan ng paghuhusga ay base sa  mga mata ng tao, para sa kanila, ang buhay ay tungkol sa palamangan ng lahat. Binababaan nila ang tingin sa isang tao sa akalang aangat sila sa paningin ng iba.  Ang saklap pa dito ay nakakaapekto ito sa taong hinuhusgahan na minsa'y humaantong sa pagbaba ng kanilang pananaw sa kanilang mga sarili.  Sa mundong nilalakaran natin ngayon, ang pag-iisip ng karamihan ay kailangan mong maghusga bago ka mahusgahan.  Hindi ka tanggap kung hindi ka pasok sa batayan ng salitang "perpekto" sa kanilang pananaw na kaya minsa'y binabago mo ang iyong sarili para lamang hindi mahusgan ang tunay na ikaw.

Sa huli, walang taong perpekto. Tayong lahat ay may masasabi sa ating kapwa. Sana ang mga salitang ito ay maganda at nakakatulong sa kanila at hindi mga salitang nagpapalubog sa kanilang pagttiiwala sa kanilang sarili. Karamihan kasi ang pangit ng pag-iisip at pag-iintindi ng sitwasyon. Kung saan dapat alamin muna ang kuwento, ay tayo pa ang nagbibigay ng konklusyon sa kanila.   Kaya sa susunod na manghusga ka, sigurdahin mo muna na isa kang perpektong nilalang.

Promises Are Just Words After All

       Although this quote is an example of a rhetorical question, but what the quote is trying to imply is that trying to find something permanent in a world full nothing but change is hard. Especially if one is trying to find permanent intimacy from other people. A good example of this are people whom are complete strangers when you met but later on in life becomes dearly to you. People think that if one is committed to the other person, he/she would feel the same. But not all the time that is the case. People tend to forget that people are just human beings and will eventually change as time goes by.

The ones you trust and hold dearly the most will just eventually leave you if they find someone better. But at the end of the day, all you really have is yourself. Even your own shadow leaves you when you're in the dark.

       One of the painful things in life is that people whom give you so much good memories, becomes a memory. Occurrences like this happens all the time. That is what you call the pain of living my friend, seeing people drift away. They say that it hurts a whole lot once the people whom you've taken for granted eventually disappears. But what about the ones where they treasured the people whom are very important to them but still left, isn't that more painful?

       I used to have a friend whom I never thought will become so close to me. He started of as a nobody and being familiar with how loneliness feels like, I decided to approach him, then little by little a bond started to create. As days becomes weeks, and weeks into months, and months eventually turned into years, he eventually got famous and known. With this, it became a sort of passage for him to dwell on people on his level. Later on, he became friends with these famous individuals as well and slowly became distant. I tried to approach with small talks but he is no longer interested and barely cares about losing me. This proves that meeting new people makes you forgot the ones who were there for you. But still, life stops for no one.

        As of now, it seems that everything is just happening very fast that we barely have time to reminisce good old times. In relationships, technologies paired with social medias plays a very big part. People seem to be only interested in people whom can enhance their names. They eventually fall in love with people whom have good looks but with no attitude at all. Relationships now is just like a token, that people no longer takes time to know each other and ends up in bad situations that they've placed themselves into. Just like in marriages. Not knowing your partner that well could eventually lead into a divorce.

        But heartaches are not all bad. Sometimes they can show you lessons in life you never knew. Just like most song artists. Because of their experiences, they are able to make songs out of feelings. A great example of this is Billie Eilish. She made songs about pain on losing someone, suffering of one's judgement, and many other else. She was able to make beautiful songs for she had experienced depression on a very young age. She is now famous because of her songs for a lot of people can relate to it. She's also a great example of a person going through so much pain but still smiles through life.

In the end everyone makes mistakes that later on becomes a regret. But pain is a part of living. And that no matter what happens life will just go on. So if it seems that people make you feel special and promises different things, just remember that promises are just mere words. Everyone can say words but not everyone meant the words they say. 

Great Beings with Great Mistakes

The Judgement of Paris

      Some problems people encounter needs opinion or assurance of other people regarding on what is their concern. Same goes with this moment on where Athena, Hera and Aphrodite were in a quandary on whom is the fairest of them all. They seek for Paris' response regarding towards this matter. Paris chose Aphrodite for he was promised Helen of Troy if ever he would choose her side.

     Paris should've never given his opinion about that matter. Sure, he got a jeweled prize but that action emanate into war. Aphrodite's "promise" was to kidnap Helen and offer it to Paris. As a husband, knowing your wife was kidnapped you would do everything in your power to retrieve her back even though that means sacrificing ones' life. 

     Aphrodite on the other hand, stayed on her end of the bargain. Fulfilling her promise to Paris was a wrong move. She is a goddess indeed but she was facing mortals. This also shows that she is using her position as a goddess to do what she wants even though that specific doing is bad.

    In Conclusion, regarding this problem to the real world, you no longer need anyone's assurance to be called beautiful. We are made in our own ways. It's just up to the people knowing true beauty within you. Also, stay out of other people's problems so when time comes of counting fallen heads, no finger shall be pointed at you. Also, stop pleasing people because at the end, they wont be there for you.

   

Kronos feasting over his spouses 

        Terrified over what Gaia mentioned, Kronos devoured his children one by one fearing he would be overthrown one day. Actions like this one is a result of what you call fear. Violating your own blood and flesh whom is powerless over you just to keep your position is beyond wrong. Even though being the ruler of all is the most important title of all time back then. Kronos neglected the fact that he is eating his own. His fear of losing his throne won over his knowledge of being a father.

      Come to think of it, cannibalism is an example of a very inhumane act before even until now. Though some cultures considered cannibalism as a suitable act, it is still very wrong. Even though we are just an evolved specie of the Kingdom Animalia, eating our own kind should be prohhibited. I mean, there are a whole lot of sources of food out there, there are fruits, fish etc.Sometimes people are so blinded over their possessions that they are willing to do anything to keep them. That is an example of a toxic mindset since the only thing permanent in this world is change.

       In conclusion, everyone fears something in life.No matter how petty it may seem if it can send chills down your spine, then it is considered as a fear. Conquer your fear before it consumes you and thus, gives you limitations over your actions that could've been useful. Such as voicing on'es knowledge over matters and many more.

Eve offers Adam the forbidden fruit

       After Eve bit the forbidden fruit, she then offered Adam and so he bit on it as well, a simple mistake that caused a massive aftermath. Even though God strictly forbids them not to touch the tree or go near it. The Garden of Eden based on the Bible is a very vast land yet they dwell in that area where God told both of them not to tread upon. After this incident they gain knowledge of life and lost access to the Garden, forever, This shows how another person can persuade you. Persuasion and Curiosity are two dangerous things no one should dwell in for they can cause you great harm and regret. 

     We people can differentiate what is right from wrong, unless your children. We have conscience. Conscience is that little voice in your head when you're planning on deciding towards something. Listening to this little voice of good deed can help you a lot. They say that our conscience are whispers of our deceased loved ones helping you out.

         Adam was created by God himself, molding and bringing him to life. Eve on the other hand was merely a bone of Adam which makes Eve less pure per se. In the modern world they say that a woman's influence is so great that Eve was able to do that to one of God's holy creation. But to be fair, Adam himself has a part to play in this incident for he was not able to contain himself of eating the forbidden fruit and he has a total control of himself but he still succumbed to Eve.

         In conclusion, as we grow up we ten to know what things are good and what things are bad. We can either do the good thing or do the bad thing, after all both these things have a result. Every decision you make has an impact to play in where you are going in life. And don't be too curious on things for curiosity surely kills the cat.

Izanagi and Izanami's confrontation on the other side of the Island

        As the couple met at the other end of the island they had made spouses whom they were not pleased. One was a limbless and boneless creature and the other one was an island, which they later abandoned. They asked the Deities on why is their children not normal. The Deities answered it is because the man should have spoke first and not the woman. The couple did everything from the beginning and followed the deity's advice and their children were now normal.

        This shows sexism in the story in which they have favored men over women. When Izanami spoke first they bear children with abnormalities. But when Izanagi spoke first, they bear normal children. This shows that men should initiate every action for they are more superior being leaving the women to walk behind them instead of beside them.

        This action did not only happen before but its still currently going on now. Some people labeled women as weak and feeble, that men should always be on top. Gender labeling towards all matter is happening but it all changed decades back when a law was put to action on where if a man can do it so can woman. Jobs now are open to anyone. So no more gender labeling is going to happen. . Although the gender labeling stopped but this issue still goes on. The comparison between the two genders as well.

        In the end, it doesn't matter if a man should initiate or if a woman should. The  only thing that matters is that we should treat everyone equal because we need to be living together and not against each other.

The Trojan War

        

            War was  a major setback back then. In olden times, the only purpose why men should be raised is to be a part of the soldiers to either lead or be part of that war. There are no winners in war but only survivors. Soldiers get to see their fellow soldiers dying in ways that involves a great amount of pain. The only problem was that some of these men never really chose to be a part of this. If wars are started by lies, they can be stopped by the truth. Soldiers either survive or die, dying and losing at the same time it's like you sacrificed your life for nothing. They say that war is a test of the bravest.  That blood is willing to be shed just to defend what they think is worth defending. Home, families, children; that's what is worth defending for and if they won't defend those, then who will?

            Based on livescience.com,The ancient Greeks believed that Troy was located near the Dardanelles and that the Trojan War was a historical event of the 13th or 12th century BC, but by the mid-19th century AD, both the war and the city are still up for debate. Although wars commenced within the area but a huge wooden horse didn't exist. Although Geological activities happened within the place, such as earthquakes and said that there were remains of building structures but the evidence shown is not strong enough to be proven that it is The City of Troy.

              According to blog.oup.com But would the Trojan War have been fought because of love for a woman? Could a ten-year war have been instigated by the kidnapping of a single person? The answer, of course, is yes, just as an Egypto-Hittite war in the 13th century BCE was touched off by the death of a Hittite prince and the outbreak of World War I was sparked by the assassination of Archduke Ferdinand. But just as one could argue that World War I would have taken place anyway, perhaps triggered by some other event, so one can argue that the Trojan War would inevitably have taken place, with or without Helen. The presumptive kidnapping of Helen can be seen merely an excuse to launch a pre-ordained war for control of land, trade, profit, and access to the Black Sea.

               Even though there is still a dispute over the Trojan War whether if it is real or not, reading the story could benefit you by not only gaining knowledge over Greek Literature but also seeing problems in different angles like the time where Athena, Hera and Aphrodite asked the answer of Paris on who's more beautiful. Paris took Aphrodite's side for he was offered Helen of Troy also known as the most beautiful woman. Aphrodite's ways were uncalled for because she kidnapped Helen which resulted into a war. If I was Paris i would deny the offer and would instead tell them that the three of them were equally beautiful in there own ways. Staying out of others' problems would help you greatly for when the time of blaming comes, no fingers will be pointed at you.

                In conclusion, considering the dispute on whether the Trojan War is real, there are questions in this world that shouldn't be answered and left where it stands for this might cause a chain reaction and that different forms of means would be violated, such as natural creations would be destroyed seeking for answers and many more. Also, we don't have to resume to our barbaric ways before. That means no more wars and dispute since we only live in one planet so that means we have to get along for there is no more planet on Earth. If what you want can't be given there are ways to get it, proper ways which doesn't involve shedding of blood, killing, violation of human rights and more.

        

Desiderata: Reflection

        Happiness; a word that is easily said but hard to feel. People have different perspectives for their own happiness. It could be as simple as watching the waves, eating, etc. No matter how small that thing is, if it brings you a smile to your face and a feeling of uplifting, that is happiness.There are two types of happiness; Temporary happiness and long-term happiness. Temporary happiness is everywhere but long-term happiness is rare. Long-term happiness is the happiness everyone wants to feel but sadly it is a journey that one needs to part-take on. Right now, all I have is temporary happiness, but I am not complaining. In life you don't just want to feel happy but you want to be happy. Everyone want to be always happy. I just wish that those days of happiness and worry-free days would just be back so I can feel that same happiness as before. But sadly, life does not work like that and those are just memories of mine I hold. 

        Happiness to us people is very important. We could potentially die before our deaths if we have this constant feeling that we are not happy. Mother Theresa once said " The hunger for love is much more difficult to remove than the hunger for bread.". First comes acceptance, then  love then finally happiness. 

        "Be yourself.". If people can't accept you for who you are then accept yourself. You don't need everyone to tell you your beautiful or your perfect. Let yourself tell you that. Acceptance is hard, being accepted for your flaws is hard. Being a person who is having difficulty with his weight treading in a society where it has already standards in order to be accepted is difficult. It is difficult because no matter what I do, I always get this feeling of rejection. Remember, it is alright to be rejected by everyone else just not by yourself. I have just learned this even though after 16 years of existence; At the of the day I .am who I am. If they can't accept that, that's okay, at least I know a few people who does. Each and everyone of us is born differently. So be different and own your own happiness. Live to impress yourself not anyone else. 

        "If you compare yourself with others, you may became vain and bitter." The moment you compare yourself to other consistently, that is the day where you have died. I repeat; Don't die before your death. I have compared myself to people who I pictured out us perfect. It turns out that I was just wasting my time. I learned that no matter how much you compare yourself to people, you will never be them. And that is good, live your life since it is yours. All of us has flaws but it if I continuously compare myself to others, that will do no good for me. I learned to accept my flaws even though it was difficult. I always wanted people to accept me but how is that possible if I couldn't accept myself first. Let this serve as a lesson to everyone; You are perfect in every way possible. You don't need anyone to prove you so, all you have to do is dig deeper within yourselves. So, for you not to compare yourself to others all you have to do is to be yourself. Accepting your own flaws can make you turn it into your own weapon so that no one can use it against you.

        Poems are made by people as a form of telling the reader what they are feeling. Some people can relate to certain poems for they know what the author is feeling. Desiderata is one of the amazing poems whom everyone can understand for it talks about accepting yourself and your flaws. I sometimes read certain genre of poems as an eye opener. Although some poems are difficult to understand due to the usage of grammar and literary devices. I mean as I have stated, we are born differently, you might understand things I don't and I might understand things you don't.

       In the end, happiness is like a virus, it all begins with you then slowly spreads. I used to think that I will never be happy in life because i never have this or that, but happiness doesn't mean objects or possessions, it means what you do to give you a feeling of joy and a smile to your face. Also, each and everyone of us has a different aspect of happiness. No matter how little your actions are, as long as it brings good to people and a smile to your face it will give you joy. Once again, Accept yourself then love comes along then happiness will bound these two together.

India's Earthquake Preparedness Plan

The Republic of India is a country that lies on the Indian Plate, a major tectonic plate that is located on the eastern hemisphere, it is surrounded by 6 other tectonic plates - namely, the Arabian Plate, the Australian Plate, the Burma Plate, the Eurasian Plate, the Somali Plate, and the Sunda Plate.

The Republic of the Philippines is a country that lies on a complex portion of the tectonic boundary between the Eurasian Plate, the Philippine Sea Plate, and the Sunda Plate. It is also located in the Pacific Ring of Fire.

India has an earthquake preparedness plan that is straight to the point but it's downsides are that it is quite short and it only touches the basics on most of the topics that it talks about. It would be better if it were a bit lengthier and would be filled with more information on the different topics in it. The basics on structural systems, identifying the weaknesses of a structure, and retrofitting a structure is already quite useful but it does not contain the precise details on how you exactly do them and what other procedures should be followed.

India and the Philippines are both third-world countries, but the Philippines is more likely to have less damage when it comes to earthquakes since it is more developed and is already used to the occasional earthquakes due to their position in the Pacific Ring of Fire. Another advantage that Philippines has is it's literacy rate which is around 95.0% , compared to India's 69.0%, it obviously tops it.

India is a country with great resources that can be used to help lessen damages from earthquakes but it is held back by it's economic freedom and the literacy of their people. The Philippines is also a country with great resources and is already quite prepared for earthquakes but it is currently held back by it's slowing growth.

To conclude this reflection, India's earthquake preparedness plan is better if you plan to learn the basics while Philippines' earthquake preparedness plan, compared to India's, is better if you plan to go a bit deeper into it's wide range of topics.

Being A Music Supervisor

        A music supervisor is a person who combines music and visual media. According to The Guild of Music Supervisors, a music supervisor is “a qualified professional who oversees all music related aspects of film, television, advertising, video games and other existing or emerging visual media platforms as required.” A music supervisor is also one of the core aspects in the film industry for they are also known as the heart of the play. For the Capulets and the Montagues seeing the dead corpses of their children, they automatically felt sorrow and regret. While both families started walking slowly, the music cues in. Although it was a tragic ending fort he couple, their death had been the passage way for the peace within both of the families.

              

Family Day 2019

    Family Day gives family members and their children a chance to celebrate the meaning of being a family and to spend quality time with their loved ones by participating in fun activities together.

    A family day is a special day where your family will do all sorts of stuff, such as bonding with one another, movie night, etc. Sunday is the day where they refer to it as a Family day. It is essential to us Filipino since we are family-oriented. 

   But family doesn't only your family members nor it doesn't work by blood. A family consists of people whom you might not be related with by DNA but feels a bond with that person. That's when you call it a family. A family can come through all sorts.

     

A good thing about Family Day is that you get to join and participate different kinds of activities; from dancing to games. Presentations that involves parents and students cooperating really strengthens the bond within them.

      Family Day in ACT includes different entries to do such as from dancing competitions coming from an  entire level or to coming from the parents themselves. Different performances coming from the parents themselves, extraordinary singing to marvelous dancing.

      A good way to end a program is to have a small gathering feast together with the people whom you love and whom loves you. After all, any place is a good place as long you're surrounded with people who you want to be surrounded with.

    In the end, losing everything is alright as long as you don't lose your family. They were there for you the minute you took your first breath and they will still be there the moment you will take your last. Treasure your family while you can because not everyone has one.

    Gaming. Before it was only an option but now, it's an addiction. People are hooked by it, to the extent on where their lives completely revolves around the cyber life. Even though that is a lot of money, this practice that most people are doing, causes an effect in our lives such as spending money on wrong things, wasting your time on senseless works. etc. This habit won't stop because it seems as if people have embraced it.

    Being too hooked to gaming needs to be stop because of serious effects. The scientific literature abounds with researches effects on video game play on children's and even on adult;s brains. In 2017, there were 29.9 million gamers in the Philippines, spending a total of $354 million( Castillo 2018).

People tend to socialize less because they could care less on what is going on around reality. They are so focused about their games that they forget they are humans.     Gaming leads to self abuse. People tend to go beyond their limits. In this case, it means they tend to sleep late because they are still playing, eat late because of games, study later because of this and that, etc. Research shows that between 50% and 90% of people who work at a computer screen have at least some symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome(webmd.com). Computer Vision syndrome is similar to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. It happens because your eyes follow the same path over and over. And it can get worse the longer you continue the movement. (webmd.com). Constructive Speech: Preposition: Cats are better than dogs.

 
  "Dogs will love you until the end." A statement where it describes the love of a dog. Although some people highly disagree on that. In this speech I will prove that dogs are way better than cats. Both might be an excellent companions but dogs stands out in most ways.

   

    First of all, dogs are easy to train and can be a part of the law. That's why in most animal movies dogs are the starring actors due on how some breeds such as German Shepherds, are easy to train. Speaking of training, German Shepherds and other dog breeds such as Golden Retrievers, etc. belong to the K-9 unit. Their nose makes them a great trackers. K-9 units makes jobs easier for police officers for they can track or locate items or crime scenes base on Career Profiles.     Thirdly, dogs are friendlier and approachable than cats. Based on the researches fond on Rover.com, dogs loves to cuddle with humans than cats. Dogs are approachable in the means of whenever you feel sad you can talk to your dog. Basing on the data gathered by k-9superheroesdogwhispering.com, dogs are great at listening so it is ideal to get a dog than a cat for cats barely gives attention to you, they only give attention to you when they feel like it. Base on the researches gathered by vet.cornell.edu there are cases where cats tend to scratch visitors although the visitors haven't done anything.

 
     In conclusion, dogs are better than cats for the researches that had been shown. Dogs can be a bit pricey due to their maintenance but even though that is true, the result will all be worth it in the end. Most dogs consist of different breeds from sizes to appearances. It is ideal to get a dog in the end due to its breeds which are mostly pettable and affectionate. Dogs are more loyal than cats for they're willing to risk their lives to someone else says huffingtonpost.com.

Story of the Aged Mother

            I was out planting that time when the Great Daimio sent forward a new rule. That specific rule stated, “All elderly must be placed in Obatsuyama to leave them there to die”. I hadn’t said a word since I got home and told my mother the new heart-breaking rule, I can feel the pain in her heart but there was nothing  I can do for  I have to follow the Daimio’s rule. I couldn’t abandon my mother, how could I? But I have to and there is nothing I can do about it but to follow his rules

The Wonder Tree

              I was so excited when I saw another traveler was going to visit us. That traveler was the Great Sheik Ben Nedi.  My dad prepared gifts and presents for the visitor. NUTRITION MONTH 2017-2018

Morning

        The first thing we did was to have a Nutri-Walk. After that we went to the stage by level and said our different chants. We sat down after to listen to the emcee's on what was gonna happen that day.



        After we got informed on what was going to happen we had a Zumba. It is Nutrition Month after all.


        When the Zumba was over, the contestants of the Nutri-Chef prepared. The contestants have an hour to cook a dish that will blow the judges minds.

NOON

       We ate our lunch and our section decided that we are gonna have a little salo-salo and that everyone must bring a food-to-share. When we were done eating, the contestants for Mr. and Ms. Healthy had to prepare on what they are going to where.

       We were ask to go down to watch the performance. They had to change outfits from their fruit of choice and a formal wear.

       The announced different kinds of awards to different contestants but not everyone made it through the second round.

        Before they announced the winner and the special awards, the dance troop prepared something for the audience.


     


         The  winner they announced from the pageant are from a different level and section.

THE LEOPARD

Long ago in Africa, there was a pygmy named Ki. He married a pygmy girl in a different village named Luetsi. After a year, Luetsi wanted to visit her mother so Ki gave him a piece of meat for he can't go with Luetsi because he was bitten by a snake and couldn't walk. When Luetsi was ready to go home, Ki let Ntio, his brother; fetch Luetsi because Ki wasn't totally healed yet. When Ntio and Luetsi were on their way home, they encountered a leopard but Ntio stabbed it. Luetsi wanted to test Ki's love for her so she lay down under the dead beast and let Ntio tell Ki that Luetsi was attacked by a leopard. When Ki reached the place where his brother told him where Luetsi was attacked. He pounced on the leopard unarmed and Leutsi just laughed for she only wanted to test his love for her.

INTRODUCTION

       

       The story of The Leopard is about a wife that thinks her husband doesn’t love her that much so he tested him by faking an animal attack. The main conflict of this story is man against nature. That is due to some circumstances, Ki wasn't able to pick up Luetsi. This story is also about bravery on how much you are willing to sacrifice yourself for other people.

          The story mentioned about a pygmy, pygmies are once a race of Central African Negroes. They are the shortest amongst the other races. They are timid and shy. Here is a picture of a pygmy. The term is most associated with peoples of Central Africa, such as the Aka, Efé and Mbuti. If the term pygmy is defined as a group's men having an average height below 1.55 meters (5 feet 1 inch), then there are also pygmies in Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, the Andaman Islands, Indonesia, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Bolivia, and Brazil, including some Negritos of Southeast Asia. Various theories have been proposed to explain the short stature of pygmies. 

          Some studies suggest that it could be related to adaptation to low ultraviolet light levels in rainforests. This might mean that relatively little vitamin D can be made in human skin, thereby limiting calcium uptake from the diet for bone growth and maintenance, and leading to the evolution of the small skeletal size.

       The story mentioned about Ki giving Luetsi a big piece of meat for her mother. In African culture, if they married and the girl decided to visit her parents, the guys must give something to his mother/ father-in -law as show of respect.  That was an example of African culture Ki has done by giving a piece of meat to Luetsi.

        In some circumstances, married couples tend to test their love on each other as if they are not fully committed to each one another. One shan’t marry anyone if they’re not certain. Luetsi has done a mistake by doubting her husband that she is not that committed to her him. For me, their traditions and culture should be preserve and we should leave them be for  indigenous tribes are getting smaller. 

    There are a lot of practices and cultures once a couple are married. Such as Chinese weddings, wedding date is picked carefully according to astrological signs and birth dates, and the ceremony begins on the half hour to cement the couple’s good fortune. Vietnamese weddings, It is customary for the mother-in-law to bestow upon the bride pink chalk, which symbolizes a rosy future for the couple. French wedding, the groom customarily walks his mother down the aisle before arriving at the alter to be married. And many other more. These different wedding practices only proves that we have different traditions and we should respect each other's beliefs.

         There are different kinds of pygmies such as Bakola Bagyeli pygmies, Bedzan Pygmies Bakoya pygmies and many other more. Some of these pygmies have the same life style but some also has a different way of living.

          The population of the pygmies in the modern day are getting shorter. Indigenous tribes should be left alone to preserve their practices. People now a days have technologies and they used it and accepted it as a part of their daily lives and food just sit around the super market ready to be bought by us. Pygmies on the other hand used their bow and arrow as a hunting weapon. You'ed even see women in their tribes topless for they don't really mind about a woman topless. People tend to go to places where the Pygmies live and film a documentary about them to give awareness to people.

CONCLUSION

        

     Based on my research in this story, love can be expressed by actions and not only by words and feelings. This story is also a great story to tell people that once you are married you shall not doubt your partner for you have chosen him/ her.  Some people tend to trick people or set him on a bait if they are doubting them. Some things are just needed to be left alone such as the Pygmies.
